It is the one sector the official plan draws where it no longer stands: two decrees of 2023 moved it after the square was rebuilt. The leading trade is clothes and textiles, with 52.3% of the stalls.

Checked on August 23, 2026 against the decrees published in the Boletín Oficial del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
The decree defines Sector F as Calle Amazonas plus Plaza del General Vara del Rey. Work to rebuild the square began on September 5, 2022 and was incompatible with the market, so by decree of September 8, 2022 the whole sector moved to the Heroínas de Sálvora garden, next to Puerta de Toledo.
The decree of February 8, 2023 (BOAM 9322) brought it back to the square and set new positions, and the one of March 14, 2023 (BOAM 9345) moved units again because they clashed with the new street furniture and the trees.
The open cartography the plan comes from is dated January 1, 2022, earlier than the works and than both relocations. The plans with the current positions are on file with the case and available to the licence holders, not in any open dataset we have been able to find.
The sector's number of stalls, its split by trade and its two streets still hold. Its exact position on the plan does not: the dots are drawn where the market no longer has them. The discrepancy is logged in findings.
