What does not add up between the official documents of El Rastro: six contradictions, each with its sources, its figures and the date it was checked. This site holds them up instead of hiding them, and no page claims more than these sources give.

The six, figure against figure

On the left, what one city document says; on the right, what another from the same authority says. Below, where each figure comes from and when it was checked.

How something lands here

Two documents from the same authority saying incompatible things, quoted with the date they were checked. Conclusions the documents do not give are not published: zero vacancies does not prove an irregular allocation, and its page says so.
